1. Who we are

Shabs Design Ltd ("Shabs Design", "we", "us") is a design studio incorporated in England and Wales (company no. 16465089), with its registered office at 43 Grantham Crescent, Eccles, Manchester, M30 0ZB. We operate the website at shabs.design.

2. What information we collect

We collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form on shabs.design/connect. This typically includes your name, work email address, the name of your company, and the contents of your enquiry.

We also collect limited usage information automatically when you browse the site, such as the pages you view and how you interact with them. This is described in section 5 (Analytics).

3. How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client of Shabs Design Ltd, to deliver the services you have engaged us for. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services

The contact form on this site is submitted via Web3Forms, which forwards submissions to our administrative inbox. Web3Forms processes your form data in accordance with its own privacy notice. Subscription checkouts on the pricing page are handled by Stripe, which collects payment details directly under its own privacy policy. The site is delivered through fonts hosted by Google Fonts. We use Mixpanel for website analytics, as described in section 5; Mixpanel acts as our data processor and stores this data on its EU-based infrastructure.

5. Analytics

This site stores a single preference in your browser's local storage, namely your chosen visual theme (light or dark).

We use Mixpanel to understand how visitors use the site so that we can improve it. Mixpanel automatically captures usage events — such as pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, and how visitors interact with the pages. We use this information only to improve the site, and we do not use advertising or cross-site marketing cookies.

6. How long we keep your data

Enquiries are retained for as long as is necessary to respond to them or to maintain a client relationship, and then deleted in accordance with our internal retention schedule. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, please email admin@shabs.design. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
