Pricing and service descriptions on this site are general information and do not constitute an offer or contract. Any engagement between you and Shabs Design Ltd will be governed by a separate written agreement and, where applicable, by the terms of the subscription processed through Stripe.

5. No warranty

This site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to this site and its use, except for those that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.

6. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by English law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of your use of this site is limited to £100.

This site may contain links to third-party websites, including Stripe (for subscription checkout) and external client work. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites, and the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
